As you all know, the Art of Manliness is taking part in Movember, an annual month long fundraiser, where men grow mustaches and raise money for men’s health issues–specifically prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and male depression.
We’re halfway through the month and I just wanted to give an update on how the AoM Movember Team is doing so far.

We’re running a contest among the US AoM Team Members to see which ‘Mo Bro can raise the most money. The prize is an awesome straight razor shaving kit housed in a Saddleback Leather travel case.

- Craig Hargrove with $835 raised

I’d love to see a post later on after the contest with photos of the top 10 or 20 mustaches. I’d also like to know how the contestants’ significant others felt about it. My boss is participating and his wife claims, “no kissing” while he’s got the stache!
Wish I would have known you all were participating–I need to visit the site more often. I am taking part in No Shave November (and then probably “Don’t Shave December”) but for no cause other than to celebrate beards everywhere.
