Get a Limited Edition AoM “Keep Punching” Tee

In: Blog, News

There was a time when the AoM store sold physical merchandise. Eventually, though, the ROI on doing so (shipping and fulfillment costs a lot these days!) wasn’t sufficient for us to continue, so a while back we discontinued our merch.

But to celebrate the launch of our redesign, we had to bring back an AoM tee — in a limited run!

On the front of this limited edition t-shirt is AoM’s new logo. On the back is John L. Sullivan, the last of the bare-knuckle heavyweight champions, in his famous fists-up pose from the Currier & Ives lithograph.

The “Keep Punching” tagline comes from General Patton. His strategy centered on continual, energetic advancement: a belief that “There would be time to rest when the war was over.” For Patton, not only was retreat out of the question, so was even staying in place. “My motto in battle,” he said, “is GO FORWARD!” His ever-onward ethos defeated complacency, cultivated courage, and kept the enemy on its heels. Victory, he declared, goes to those who seize the initiative, push on through setbacks and discouragement, won’t give up the fight, and stay on their feet til the bell rings — the men who “keep punching.”

The tee is made from 100% cotton jersey and available in white or black.

If you’re an AoM reader or listener, pick up a shirt for yourself. If you’ve got one in your life, this is your chance to get him something AoM for Christmas!

Quantities are limited. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — and we don’t know when, or if, AoM merch will be back.
