Rip Round-Up: Conversations on Strength With Mark Rippetoe [VIDEOS]

Earlier this year I went down to Wichita Falls to shoot some videos with Mark Rippetoe, author of Starting Strength, on how to perform the basic barbell lifts. You can see them here.

Rip put me through entire workout sessions for each lift, and during my rest time between sets I asked him various questions about lifting and getting stronger while the camera continued to roll. Below you’ll find a few videos that came out of these rest chats. Lots of great information, and of course, the gruff charm of the one and only Mark Rippetoe. If you’re looking for an in-depth explanation of these subjects, as well as the primary barbell lifts, you can’t go wrong with Starting StrengthPick up a copy today.

Enjoy.
