To do so, I spent the day with my friend Karl Engel, head chef of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Pigcasso-BBQ\/141786965853772\">Pigcasso BBQ<\/a> here in Tulsa, OK filming him smoke some delicious, delicious meat. Every day this week, we&#8217;ll be posting a video with different tips and techniques on how to smoke different kinds of meat.
