If you want to be as strong as possible, you want to work as many of these large muscles as possible. Enter the low-bar squat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When most folks squat at the gym, they likely use the high-bar squat, in which the bar is placed high on the trapezius and an upright torso is maintained throughout the lift.
