in Giveaway

The winner of last week’s giveaway was:

Bryce Sommer from DeKalb, IL. Bryce will be receiving the green, Made in the USA Buck and Ball Dopp Kit ($68), which is available in the General Store. Here’s an illustrated guide for what to pack in it, Bryce.

My Picks This Week

This week I’m liking the Tsovet watches and the unique lamps that are handmade by 24-year-old craftsman Luke Kelly, as both the watches and the lamps have a vintagey, industrial vibe that I dig. There are also some cool “diversion safes,” safes that look like books or beer cans, and remind me of our post on 15 Cool Spy Concealments.

Prime USDA Beef Package

1102 David August 8, 2012 at 3:10 pm

Becker Machaxe = Kukri. It also kind of reminds me of the Sica used by Roman Gladiators.

1103 Darin August 8, 2012 at 3:23 pm

The Wabi Nabi would be an excellent addition to my cast iron cooking arsenal.

1104 Adam Eiland August 8, 2012 at 3:32 pm

If I were to win, I choose the Whiskey Lover’s Set.

1105 Stephen August 8, 2012 at 3:48 pm

Well who wouldn’t love that Cowboy Cauldron.. But I’m sure that’d be too much so the “straight leg” jeans (http://huckberry.com/brands/225/products/3925#blank) would make a great Birthday present for this guy. Haha.

1106 Matt August 8, 2012 at 4:38 pm

Unfortunately the watches and cool lamps no longer seem to be available. But the Bottle Belts from Walnut Studio, or a Short Becker Drop Point Ka Bar would be sweet, depending on which one is still available. Also, awesome site. The first site I go to when I have time for Google Reader. Thanks for a sit rivaling most magazines.
