Well our first weekly Huckberry giveaway was a gig hit! Over 2,000 of you entered to win something from the Huckberry shop. There were definitely a lot of drool-worthy items last week. The lucky man who walked away with the prize was:

My Picks This Week
My favorite items this week are a couple of things that were added to the Huckberry General Store (the line-up of which doesn’t change as often as the main store’s does). There’s a great Benchmade knife in there, as well as a really nice, Made in USA waxed canvas dopp kit from Buck and Ball. In the main store there’s a neat valet-type thing where you can keep your phone/wallet/keys…might be good for the man who was inspired to start using one after we suggested it in this week’s post about how to be punctual!

Ladder golf. An entertaining game for all ages with intricate drinking/betting possibilities. Also, you can use the freaking thing like bolas to take down large game in the event of Apocalypse, or slow down approaching zombies in the event of zombie war. Dual use!
V:King Game Set
Last night I dreamed that I was being chased by pirates — not Black Pearl pirates but those dreaded thieves loitering off the coast of Somalia looking to swipe the booty I just recovered from the bottom of the Red Sea. Long story short, I bee-lined it for the Yemeni coastline in search of safety. Heavy fire from their assault rifles peppered my hull. I lock my sailboats bearings directly on the rocky coastline. I rushed to the bow, treasure in tow, knowing a long plunge awaited me if I were to escape. But I stumbled (was barefoot, sans Peter Nappi boots I hoped to snag last week before my trip) and became tied up in the jib sheet. I heard the pirates boarding from the port side of the ship. I reached into my pocket for something to cut my leg loose, but I found nothing. In a matter of moments I was looking up the barrel of an AK-47. Then I woke up, thank God, from another nightmare where a MINI-GRIPTILIAN TANTO by Benchmade would have come in quite handy.
