We’re excited to announce the release of The Art of Manliness Collection Boxed Set. Our publisher has taken our two books, The Art of Manliness: Classic Skills and Manners for the Modern Man and Manvotionals: Timeless Wisdom and Advice on Living the 7 Manly Virtues, put them in a handsome-looking cigar box along with some coasters bearing manly iconography and quotes to create a virile boxed book collection for the ages.

The Art of Manliness Collection Boxed Set has almost everything you need for an evening of manful pondering. Just open up the box, pick out a coaster to place your scotch tumbler (or craft soda bottle) on, pick up a book, and begin reading it whilst sitting in your leather chair.

Check out the unboxing of The Art of Manliness Collection Boxed Set below:

1401 Dann Powell March 31, 2012 at 7:33 pm

I would read the books and then let all my brothers and step dad read them. Plus, i have always wanted a cool cigar box. That and since i have 5 brothers i think it could help shape them into men a little better than the media is doing these days.

1402 Isaac March 31, 2012 at 7:41 pm

I would probably keep it for myself but still share the wealth of wisdom with my fellow men.

1403 Kieran March 31, 2012 at 7:48 pm

Of course I’d keep it for myself! There’s no upper limit to Manliness!

1407 Ryan March 31, 2012 at 8:12 pm

I would keep the box myself, but I would share the books with my dad and my brother. The coasters would make a great addition to the game room.

1409 Chase March 31, 2012 at 8:32 pm

1410 Nick March 31, 2012 at 8:49 pm

If I am lucky enough to win this after not winning the mega-millions I will peruse it while sitting in my leather recliner then after gleaning the wisdom from it I will pass it on to a deserving young man.

1411 Jerod Q. March 31, 2012 at 9:34 pm

I would like to say I would give it away, but I would just keep it for myself. However, I would share the coasters and my scotch with my friend Mike as we swap stories of our most recent heroics.

1412 Jon March 31, 2012 at 9:45 pm

I would keep it, using the box and coasters in significant places in my office, which needs a significant upgrade in the manliness department.

1413 Armando March 31, 2012 at 10:10 pm

1415 Reginald Bass March 31, 2012 at 10:21 pm

I think I would like to keep this for myself. I have not said this already. I don’t know why it keeps calling it a duplicate comment.

1416 Jarrod March 31, 2012 at 10:33 pm

I would have to give this to my old man. The manliest guy I know; he deserves something to show off. (I guess I’ll have to buy the one for myself)

1417 Mark Melendez March 31, 2012 at 10:45 pm

I plan on keeping this for myself and will probably buy some down the line for other guys I know that could use this information.

1423 Dylan D April 1, 2012 at 12:18 am

That box would make a fine cigar box for me.

1424 Chris April 1, 2012 at 12:26 am

I plan on gifting this to a family member of mine. He is in his 20′s and really needs a good mentor and some solid tools to help the cross over from boyhood to manhood. I think these would be a nice addition to a growing toolbox.

1425 Bill Oberlander April 1, 2012 at 12:32 am

I am currently building my personal library. It being a library I would freely loan the books to anyone interested in reading them provided I can get them back at some point so I can enjoy them again.

1433 AE April 1, 2012 at 2:50 am

I would go through it all, in leisure and with much attention, then—hand it over to my son.
We have to let the next generation know what it’s all about, maybe THEY will make a new bread of real men!

1434 A.E. April 1, 2012 at 2:51 am

1440 Patrik April 1, 2012 at 4:57 am

Definitely keep this treat, but can think of many occasions when it would be an amazing gift for a friend. I’d read it and then pass it on to my friends to enjoy.

1441 Nick A April 1, 2012 at 5:12 am

I read these blogs;  pieces of well crafted and hard earned knowledge given to us without an ultierier motive. Just to make us better, In my personal life I have gotten lucky and ran in to a small group of men who have helped forge me into the man I am today each of them different but each of them MEN, I  would share this collection with them, I may not be able to exchange knowledge from my experiences with them so, to give this to them would be a very small way of saying thank you and to prove that real men never stop changing and striving for good.

1442 Jack Anderson April 1, 2012 at 5:44 am

I would keep the box and show the contents to people who would benefit from them. Because it would be amazing.

1443 Jesse April 1, 2012 at 7:07 am

I would keep the box for myself.
And my son.
And his son.
And I suppose his son too.
And perhaps his son as well.

1444 Robert T April 1, 2012 at 7:11 am

Of course I would give it a good read and then pass it down to my 12 year old son who already reads your website.

1445 Dylan Clarke April 1, 2012 at 7:26 am

After reading through the books myself I’m going to pass it on to my younger brother. Our dad never really taught us much in the ways of being a Man so I have taken that task upon myself, and this collection will be a welcome addition to him and his library.

1446 DT April 1, 2012 at 7:44 am

1452 jose naranjo April 1, 2012 at 10:02 am

I am leaving for navy bootcamp in a couple of months, i signed for six years, i would read it take what i can and leave to my little brother so he can remember the guidelines to being virtious.

1453 Todd April 1, 2012 at 10:22 am

Make it a yearly read for myself and pass along the virtues I learn to my 4 year old son. No one teaches little guys how to be a man anymore. Chivalry would indeed be dead were it not for the likes of the Art of Manliness.

1454 Matthew Dyer April 1, 2012 at 10:30 am

These would absolutely become a permanent display on my coffee table!

1455 Cory April 1, 2012 at 10:42 am

I would love to give this to my new fraternity Little Brother. He was just initiated into ΚΨ and this would be a great gift to help him be the best man he can be…

1456 Eddie In INDY April 1, 2012 at 11:10 am

Good Morning to all who read this post.

My oldest son is leaving for college in about 5 months.. He has asked me on several occasions where “did you learn this stuff, dad?” Well, Alot come from my father and AoM. So, If I were chosen to recieve this prize, I would pack it in my son’s duffle and let him have it as he goes off to begin his life. I can not be with him in his dorm when he needs advise but these books can.!!!

I would pass this along to my son.

Eddie in INDY.

1458 Scott M. April 1, 2012 at 11:32 am

I would keep the books but share the manly wisdom.

1459 Hutch April 1, 2012 at 11:34 am

I would keep the box for myself but definitely share it with the other men in my family. Maybe rotate it around. The cigar box is awesome.

1460 AdamM April 1, 2012 at 11:49 am

I would donate the set to the greatest cause ever which would be one of my close friends who is socially awkward, wishes he can do things that he reads about but lacks the confidence to do so.

1465 Matthew April 1, 2012 at 12:38 pm

I would read them myself and then pass along to friends. A group of us would get to share the wisdom and have new discussion fodder!

1466 Olof April 1, 2012 at 12:41 pm

Perfect source for father-son advice for future son!
This one i would keep myself but i would use it educate the future swedes in the art of manliness.

1467 Dan April 1, 2012 at 12:48 pm

1468 Ron H. April 1, 2012 at 12:53 pm

I would rock tis for myself because I would truly appreciate it.

1469 Patrick April 1, 2012 at 1:07 pm

I hope it doesn’t sound greedy, but I think I’d keep the box set for myself.

1470 Garrett M April 1, 2012 at 1:13 pm

I’d read the books, then likely give the set to my brother.

1471 Eric S. April 1, 2012 at 1:18 pm

Read it, then give the set to my girlfriend. Then she would understand…

1476 Matthew Palmer April 1, 2012 at 1:43 pm

If I were to win that box, I’d keep it for myself, but I would try to use it to become a walking icon of classy manliness, that my young friends (some of whom are still in high school) might take inspiration. Of course, I’d share the books and hoard the coasters. The coasters of course would be placed under my home-made hand-squeezed lemonade, the manliest of all fruit beverages.

1477 Gordon MacGregor April 1, 2012 at 1:50 pm

My son, of course. Can’t think of a better gift for his upcoming 21st birthday!

1478 David Palmer April 1, 2012 at 1:58 pm

I would give it to my 18 year old son. I think it would be a great way to get him started in life!

1479 Robert Behlke April 1, 2012 at 2:21 pm

I’m a librarian in a middle school in South Dakota. We have a large population of migrant studendets and families coming here from South East Asia. When I started here at the library I created a life skills shelf were I keep books on making fires, making wood toys, and so on. I would keep the books here because boys, young men in training, need somethings that they can learn from and put into practice.

1480 Mike April 1, 2012 at 2:41 pm

I’d hold onto the set, but lend them freely to my friends.

1481 Michael April 1, 2012 at 2:43 pm

I plan to give it as a gift to my oldest stepson who graduates from university this May and is about to enter the job market.

1482 Brian April 1, 2012 at 3:16 pm

I’d like to say I’d be giving it as a gift… But I wouldn’t. I’d definitely be keeping it for myself.

1483 Phil April 1, 2012 at 3:18 pm

I’d give it to my dad for his birthday in May, to ease the tension of the alpha-male battle that we seem to be sinking into.

1484 jon stephenson April 1, 2012 at 3:33 pm

I think I’d keep it for myself

1485 Tracy Benson April 1, 2012 at 3:42 pm

I too, grow weary of the male bashing that seems ever present these days. I am married to a gentleman & we are raising 3 gentlemen. A boxed set of manliness, would be required reading for all of us! Long live manliness!

1486 eren April 1, 2012 at 3:45 pm

I would keep it

1487 Mickey Davis April 1, 2012 at 3:50 pm

1488 Bobby Wang April 1, 2012 at 4:09 pm

I’m gonna read these books myself, then give it to my dachshund and watch him turn into a doberman.

1489 Matthew Dittburner April 1, 2012 at 4:09 pm

I would read these books over and over again. Then get all my friends to read them. I think this is a must read book for group of friends.

Though I do plan on keeping the coasters for myself, I will most likely pass the books along to my friends.

1499 Rusty April 1, 2012 at 5:42 pm

I’d keep it for my future son, you never know ho much you’ll be able to teach them before your time ends on this world.

1500 Kyle April 1, 2012 at 5:47 pm

I’d use this for myself, I think it would be a nice addition to book collections…plus it’ll be useful!
