It’s back! Our semi bi-annual Mountain & Sackett giveaway is here again. I love Mountain & Sackett ties. They’re a family-owned business that’s been making ties right here in the U.S. of A since 1957. And the quality of their ties can’t be beat. Other companies use machines to pump out hundreds of ties an hour. The skilled craftsmen at Mountain & Sackett stitch their ties by hand, making only 5 an hour and carefully checking each piece for quality.
What’s Up For Grabs
The winner of the giveaway will get to choose any one of Mountain & Sackett’s ties (except from the Autism Speaks collection) as their prize. Need a narrow tie in your collection? How about a solid wool tie? And of course don’t forget the ties that Mountain and Sackett are famous for-their regimentals. Mountain and Sackett’s regimental ties are the world’s only 100% handmade ties. No machine touches these beauties. Cruise through Mountain and Sackett’s collection and pick one out for yourself. Or pick out one to give dad for Father’s Day! My personal favorite is the Mott Street Mahogany tie. I wear it everywhere-even on CNN!
How to Enter
Entering is easy. Just follow these two simple steps:
1. Visit the Mountain & Sackett website and pick out the style and color you would like for your tie if you’re lucky enough to be selected as the winner.
2. Share your selection with us in the comments section. You don’t have to post the link-just a description. (Posting the link may cause your comment to be filtered as spam).
Everyone who enters the contest will be emailed a code for a 20% discount on Mountain and Sackett ties at the conclusion of the contest.
A winner will be drawn randomly from the entries. The deadline for entry into the contest is Sunday, June 12 at 10 PM EST.

The Cooper Purple Solid Tie would look great for my Fraternity functions being our adopted fraternal colors.
Old Albanians looks like the perfect tie.
Personally, I like the Cedar Wool Herringbone Tie.
I am a fan of the Wadsworth Blue Basketweave.
Best looking tie on the whole site is the Old Arabians Regimental. If that won’t turn a girl’s head, you’re not wearing it right!
I’m loving the Monroe Red Striped Tie.
I really like the narrow tie, design: Mott Street Campari
Wadsworth Blue Basketweave Tie!
Royal Dublin Fusiliers
Always tough to choose from among the infinite number of patterns in ties. Just based on the images and descriptions, I could probably pick Mulberry Narrow Wool. I need a bit more color in my wardrobe I think, so “gold”.
I’d go with the Old Albanians Regimental
the Barclay White Stripped Tie is sweet
I like the Wadsworth Yellow Basketweave Tie.
Sinclair Wool Tartan Tie is pure class. I want it bad…real bad.
All I want for Christmas is a Kenmare Narrow Suiting Wool Solid Tie
The Carlisle gold striped tie…
Kenmare narrow wool suiting solid tie
I know it seems simple, but the Greenwich solid cashmere tie in Sage is just too classy to pass by.
I’m gonna go with the Monroe Blue Striped Tie. Looks amazing!!
I really like the Hester Grenadine Hester Stripe Eggplant.
Great giveaway with a great company. Love their Chrystie Blue Paisley Tie. Classy, stylish, and made by hand = quality.
I like the Barclay Blue Striped tie. Simple and classy.
Not an easy choice! Since I don’t own a regimental, and every man should have a least one, I’d have to go with the Old Rugby Golf Regimental.
Queens Own Hussars
St. James striped tie is fantastic. If I don’t win it, I’m buying it.
Carlise Blue Striped.
I would choose the Cambridge Scotch School regimental tie
From the regimental ties, my choice would have to be Queens Own Hussars. I have a suit and shirt combo that would be perfect for that tie. Great give away idea … every man could use another nice tie … especially this close to father’s day.
I really like the Hester Grenadine Stripe tie, though I like the Regimental ties as well, particularly the Sherwood Foresters and East Kent ties.
I like the Jay Ivory striped
Delancy Maroon Pin Dot. It’s classy, an understated pattern, and great for courtroom or boardroom.
I like the Queen Royal Lancers regimental tie.
Love this giveaway! I dig the Navy Blue Thomas Narrow Suiting Wool Solid Tie.
I really like the Thomas Narrow Suiting Wool Solid Tie. I’m trying to get a good wardrobe started, namely with suits. I think this solid black narrow tie will look good with a plain black suit, so hopefully I win and get started on dressing right!
I’d really like to have one of the Handmade Navy Dot Bow ties. I just think they’re cool!
I love the Somerset Light Infantry regimental tie.
I like the Regimental Striped tie, in Occasionals Hockey.

Handmade Regimental Tie old salopian looks great!
greenwich cashmere in red
I would choose the Queens Own Hussars regimental tie. It’s exactly the sort of tie I need that is lacking in my current collection.
Pink Handmade Striped Bow Tie
Mott Narrow Wool Striped Tie in mott street mahogany. I don’t have an excellent tie collection. This would be a fantastic way to start one off though.
I have to go with the yellow and red regimental. It matches the colors of my real regimental, the coat I wear while reenacting as part of HM 9th Regiment of Foote!
(Revolutionary War reenacting is a hobby that is basically like camping, but with only 18th century gear. Oh, and you spend the day firing flintlocks in formation and charging cannon batteries with fixed bayonets. Manly to the max.)
I like the Chrystie Silver Paisley Tie. Amazing design.
Mott Narrow Wool Striped Tie mahogany
Hudson Street Geometric Print in Cranberry is my pick.
3rd kings own hussars regimental tie.
I’m really digging on the Mullberry Narrow Wool Solid in Mullberry Street Charcoal
My personal favorite is the Queen Royal Lancers regimental. These ties are beautiful!
Most definitely the Old Albanians Regimental!!!
Arden Orange Boardroom Tie…
