Yeah, we had hoped for greater diversity as well. I think as you say, this is due to AoM’s demographic. Only 3 of the 124 nominations were for minority candidates and unfortunately they didn’t make the cut. Nonetheless, the top ten do represent a great range of ages and backgrounds and are truly top notch.
