The Art of Manliness Weekly Roundup: The Return of the Roundup Edition

in Blog, Roundup

So, when I first started Art of Manliness, I would include a weekly post highlighting some of my favorite finds on the web during the week. The idea was to provide some useful information to AoM readers and also help other bloggers out there get some exposure to new readers. I started to slack off and stopped doing it. However, I’m bringing it back today. If you have any links you think people would enjoy, send them my way via the contact form or through del.icio.us. My username is art_of_manliness.

Here are the links:

Cheap Vacation: Be a Tourist in Your Hometown (@ Get Rich Slowly) With high gas prices curtailing people’s summer travel plans, this post offers some good ideas on how you can vacation in your hometown.

What Does Religion Mean To Your Marriage (@ A Good Husband) Interesting article on the role spirituality can play in a relationship or what to do if you and your spouse don’t share the same beliefs.

“Shut Up”- The Two Most Important Words For Success (@ Rock Your Day) Sometimes our biggest enemy on our path to success is that little voice in our head that says we can’t do it. Tell it to shut up.

When is it Okay For a Man To Love Animals (@ got manswers) Funny post on what is and is not appropriate behavior for men to show their appreciation for animals. Obsession with any animal that leads to questionable clothing and decorating decisions is not permitted.
